INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Chicken
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup boneless chicken strips
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • FOR Risotto
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup risotto rice
  • 1½ cup chicken stock
  • salt to taste
  • FOR Garnish
  • Parsley
  • fresh cream

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN RISOTTO

    Heat a pan with some olive oil.
  2. 2

    Add chopped garlic chopped onion, boneless chicken strips, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    When the chicken colour becomes slightly brown, transfer it to another plate.
  5. 5

    Heat the same pan with a little olive oil and butter.
  6. 6

    Add chopped garlic chopped onion and risotto rice.
  7. 7

    Mix these by pouring the chicken stock.

    Add a little salt.
  9. 9

    Cover it and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.

    When the rice is cooked add the chicken into it.

    Also add a little more butter.

    Mix again.

    Transfer the chicken risotto to a serving plate.
  14. 14

    Garnish it with parsley and fresh cream.
