  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • ½ cup onion
  • 1 cup chicken strips
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 cubes of butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup onion
  • 1 cup arboric rice
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • salt
  • parsley
  • cream

    Heat a pan with some olive oil.

    Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, boneless chicken strips, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes.

    Mix well. When the chicken colour becomes slightly brown, transfer it to another plate.

    Heat the same pan with some olive oil and butter.
  5. 5

    Add chopped garlic, chopped onion and risotto rice and saute well.

    Add some chicken stock and mix well.

    Add some salt and mix again.

    Cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

    When the rice is cooked, add the chicken into it.

    Also add a little more butter. Mix again.

    Transfer the chicken risotto to a serving plate.

    Garnish it with parsley and fresh cream.

    Chicken Risotto is ready to serve.
