  • 1 Onion
  • 3 to 4 Garlics
  • Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 to 3 Button Mushrooms
  • Few Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • Few Spinach Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Refined Flour
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

    In a pan, heat a 1 tsp olive oil and add 1 tsp garlic and 1 chopped onion. Saute the onions. Chop 3-4 dried Shitake mushrooms that have been soaked in water 30 minutes before chopping. Chop 3-4 button mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan. Add 1 sliced chicken breast and 10-12 chopped spinach leaves. Add 1 tsp flour and ½ cup milk. Add 1 cup cooked rice, season it with salt and pepper and mix well. Add 1 cup parmesan cheese and mix well. Grease a baking mould and pour the mixture into it. Drizzle some olive oil on top. Bake the rice in a preheated oven at 180’C for 15 minutes. Serve the casserole with sautéed spinach and mushroom.
