  • 4 to 5 skinned and chopped apples
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • water
  • For garnish
  • powdered sugar
  • mint leaves

    In a mixing bowl add minced chicken and breadcrumbs.
  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken with ginger paste lemon juice, chopped garlic, chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves, a little red chilli flakes and a pinch of salt.

    For the sauce, heat sufficient water in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add some white wine vinegar to the water. Add red chilli flakes chopped garlic, and powdered sugar. Boil until the mixture thickens.

    Set the marinated chicken on the sugarcane stick as a topping. Coat with breadcrumbs. Prepare all sticks similarly.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken sugarcane sticks on a low flame. Cover the pan with a lid until chicken is cooked.

    Transfer chicken to a plate and pour the sauce over it.
  8. 8

    Arrange some boiled rice cubes and tomato slice on the plate.
  9. 9

    Serve the chicken sugarcane sticks by garnishing with coriander leaves.
