INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 25 gm coriander stem
  • ½ small piece ginger
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • water as required
  • tomato chutney

PREPARATION

    To make Chicken Momos, first add minced chicken (chicken keema), coriander stem, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, green onions and white chili powder and mix it.

    Now make dough and knead it with white flour (maida), wheat flour, salt, oil and water.

    Make small pieces of the dough and roll it out, then fill the chicken mixture with water, and give it a desired shape.

    Steam for 8 minutes in the steamer.

    Chicken momos are ready, serve it with tomato sauce.
