  • 400 gm chicken
  • 2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup minced tomato
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves. 2bay leaf, 2 black cardamom. 1 teaspoon garlic paste. 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 4 teaspoon refined oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 4 green cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 4 teaspoon refined oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 cup water

    Step 1 Soak the chicken in lukewarm water to reduce the cooking time.

    Masala Chicken is one of the most delicious non-veg preparations. Made with some easily available ingredients. It might look difficult to prepare, but we have found the easiest recipe to prepare this amazing delicacy. Here’s how you can cook it, in the restaurant-style at the convenience of your home. Soak the chicken pieces in some lukewarm water with a small pinch of salt, this will reduce the time required to cook the chicken and will make the pieces soft & tender. Then, clean and rinse the pieces properly.

    Step 2 Saute whole spices.

    Add oil a in pan and heat over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add bay leaves and both the cardamom. Saute for a minute and then add finely chopped onion in it. Saute onions for 2 minutes and then add the ginger-garlic paste in it. Fry for a minute and then add chicken pieces in it. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes until it turns white.

    Step 3 Add spices in frying chicken.

    Quickly, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Stir to mix well all the ingredients with the chicken. Cook for a minute and then add finely chopped tomatoes, green chillies (slit and halveand tomato puree in the pan. When spices leave the oil or ghee, it's an indication that you can add water in it.

    Step 4 Cook for 2-4 minutes with closed lid and serve hot.

    Cover the chicken loaded pan with a lid and cook for 2-4 minutes until the chicken is tender and soft. Open and garnish with garam masala powder, coriander leaves, ginger julienne and kasoori methi powder. Your Masala Chicken or Chicken Masala is ready. Enjoy with butter naan or roti.@.
