INGREDIENTS

  • For chicken lababdar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp brown onion paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground all spice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 250 gm boneless chicken breast
  • 50 gm of cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • For pulao
  • basmati rice
  • ghee
  • bay leaf
  • black peppercorns
  • mixed dry fruits
  • salt to taste

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add oil, cumin seeds, ginger - garlic paste, brown onion paste and saute. Add tomato puree and stir it.

    Add red chilli powder, all ground spice, cumin powder, salt as per taste and mix it well. Add boneless chicken breast and stir it.

    Add cream, butter and mix. Add kasuri methi and mix it.

    For pulao, add ghee in a pan and let it melt. Add bay leaf, black peppercorns, mixed dry fruits and let it roast on a slow flame. Add basmati rice, salt as per taste and toss it.

    Garnish with Kasuri methi and serve with dry fruits pulao.
