INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 6 green cardamoms
  • 3 cinnaman sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 1½ tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 350 gm chicken pieces
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriande powder
  • 300 ml tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • chopped coriander
  • 4 green chillies
  • 2 boiled eggs

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan add oil, chopped onions, cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger - garlic paste, chicken pieces and mix it well.

    To the chicken add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and keep stirring.

    Add tomato puree and let it cook.

    Add coconut milk, yoghurt and let it cook.

    Add chopped coriander leaves, slit green chillies and mix it up.

    For garnish add boiled eggs and Chicken Korma is ready to serve.
