INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • 1 to 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 to 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tsp mustard sauce
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbsp refined flour
  • Crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Crushed black pepper
  • salt
  • tomato sauce

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN KIEV

    Flatten the chicken breasts.

    For marinade, combine chopped garlic with lemon juice, mustard sauce, egg, refined flour, and crushed black pepper in a plate.

    Mix well.

    Marinate the chicken breasts and set them aside.

    For the stuffing, mix ricotta cheese, butter, nutmeg powder, chopped parsley, salt, and crushed black pepper in a plate.

    Mix well.

    Spread breadcrumbs in another plate.

    Place the stuffing carefully on the marinated chicken breasts.

    Roll them and coat with breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil for deep frying.
