  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • oil for frying
  • 1 to 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 to 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tsp mustard sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp refined flour
  • Crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Crushed black pepper

    Flatten the chicken breasts. For marinade, combine chopped garlic with lemon juice, mustard sauce, egg, refined flour, and crushed black pepper in a plate. Mix well. Marinate the chicken breasts and set them aside. For the stuffing, mix ricotta cheese, butter, nutmeg powder, chopped parsley, salt, and crushed black pepper in a plate. Mix well. Spread breadcrumbs in another plate. Place the stuffing carefully on the marinated chicken breasts. Roll them and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry chicken kiev. Drain the excess oil with a tissue paper. Transfer to the serving plate. Garnish chicken kievs with chopped parsley. Serve with tomato sauce.
