INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 5 green cardamoms
  • 3 cinnaman sticks
  • 10 cloves
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 8 green chillies
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • 400 gm chicken pices
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriande powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 10 curry leaves
  • water as required
  • chopped coriander

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan add oil, clove, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks, sliced onions and cook it until it turns light brown.

    Add chopped green chillies, black peppercorns and let it fry.

    Add chicken pieces, ginger - garlic paste and mix it well.

    To the chicken add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.

    Add curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, water and let it cook.

    Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and leave it back to cook again for 5 - 10 minutes.

    For garnish add freshly chopped coriander leaves and Chicken Hasina is ready to serve.
