INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • For Stuffing :½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp soaked and minced soya nuggets
  • 2 tbsp boiled and grated potatoes
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • For Garnish: Mint mayonnaise chutney
  • Coleslaw
  • parsley

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN CHOPS

    To make the filling heat oil in a pan.

    Add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped mixed vegetables, salt and turmeric powder.

    Fry.

    Then add the minced soya nuggets and the boiled potatoes.
  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander and mix well.
  6. 6

    Rest the stuffing for 10 12 minutes.

    In a bowl, add minced chicken, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder.

    Mix well and add the breadcrumbs.

    Mix.

    Apply oil to the palms.

    Take small pieces of this chicken mixture, flatten and stuff with the prepared mixture shaping it like a cutlet.

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets on both the sides.

    Decorate the serving plate with the mint mayonnaise chutney.
  14. 14

    Place the coleslaw and the chicken cutlets.
  15. 15

    Garnish with parsley.
