Chicken Cheese Roulade

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chicken breast boneless
  • Black pepper powder
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 gm parmesan cheese powder
  • 100 gm grated mozzarella cheese
  • 100 gm shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 200 gm breadcrumbs
  • Egg white for egg wash
  • Olive oil
  • Carrot
  • Radish
  • Red green yellow bell peppers

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN CHEESE ROULADE

    Preheat the air fryer at 180 C for 5 min.

    Cut the chicken breast horizontally and beat to tenderise it.
  3. 3

    Cut into 3 pieces and rub some olive oil on each piece.
  4. 4

    On one chicken piece, place some julienned yellow bell peppers and parmesan cheese.
  5. 5

    On the second one place julienned red bell peppers and mozzarella cheese.
  6. 6

    On the third piece put green bell peppers and cheddar cheese.
  7. 7

    Sprinkle black pepper powder, chilli flakes, and oregano on each piece.

    Roll the chicken pieces and carefully dip them in egg white (egg wash) and coat in breadcrumbs.

    Cook in the air fryer at 180 C for 10 12 min.

    Garnish with red, green, and yellow bell pepper juliennes, carrot, and radish.
  11. 11

    Serve.
