Chicken Chasseur

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm Chicken breasts
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive oil, Sea salt, Crushed black pepper as required
  • 50 gm Refined flour
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 100 gm mushroom, chopped
  • 100 gm oyster mushroom
  • 5-7 fresh oregano sprigs
  • 5-6 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2-3 onion, diced
  • 100 ml red wine, Cornflour as required, Chicken stock as required
  • FOR serving
  • French baguette

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN CHASSEUR

    In a bowl add pieces of chicken, sea salt to taste, crushed black pepper and refined flour.

    Mix well with chicken.
  3. 3

    In a cook and serve pot, heat olive oil and saut? the chicken.
  4. 4

    Add roughly chopped mushrooms, onions, garlic, soaked oyster mushrooms along with its water, thyme and oregano sprigs and cook with red wine.

    Once the chicken is cooked add chicken stock and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes more.
