  • For chicken braai
  • 10 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • few sprigs rosemary
  • 3 chicken thigh
  • 2 tbsp perito peri sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • to taste crushed black pepper
  • For vegetables skewer
  • 5 to 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • For barbeque sandwich
  • 4 slices white sandwich bread
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cheese slices
  • to taste crushed black pepper
  • salt
  • For garnish
  • sour cream
  • parsley sprigs

    In a bowl, add chicken drumsticks, salt as per taste, olive oil, lemon juice and mix it.

    Add rosemary sprigs, crushed black pepper and mix it.

    Add the chicken in skewers and barbeque it.

    Add peri-peri sauce, garlic powder, chilli powder and mix it well.

    Slice the potatoes and stuff it with butter.

    Add salt as per taste, crushed black pepper and roll it with foil paper and barbeque it.

    Add the marinated chicken on skewers and barbeque it.

    Barbeque the vegetable skewer too.

    In a bowl, add olive oil, rosemary sprigs, lemon juice and apply it on the barbequed chicken and let it cook again.

    To the sandwich bread, add cheese slices, tomato, onion, crushed black pepper, salt as per taste and grill it.

    Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
