  • FOR Chicken Braai
  • {10 Chicken Drumsticks, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, Few Sprigs Rosemary, 3 Chicken Thigh, 2 tbsp Perito Peri Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 3 Potatoes, 1 tsp Butter, As Needed Olive Oil, To Taste Salt, To Taste Crushed Black Pepper};.
  • FOR Vegetables Skewer
  • {5 to 6 Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Zucchini, ½ Red Bell Pepper, ½ Yellow Bell Pepper, 6 Button Mushrooms. Barbecue Sandwich
  • FOR Garnish
  • {Sour Cream, Parsley Sprigs}

    In a bowl marinate chicken drumsticks with olive oil, salt, ½ lemon juice, few sprigs of rosemary, crushed black pepper.

    ; In another bowl marinate chicken drumsticks with spicy peri-peri sauce, garlic powder, chilli powder.
  3. 3

    ; Put chicken drumsticks and chicken thigh on skewers and place on barbecue.
  4. 4

    ; For potatoes slice one potato half way through and add 1 tsp butter, salt and pepper and fold potato in aluminium foil.
  5. 5

    ; Take another potato in aluminium foil, drizzle 1 tsp olive oil and sprinkle salt, fold the foil and place wrapped potatoes in direct fire.

    Vegetable Skewers:{On a skewer arrange large dices of zucchini, red, yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes seasoned with salt, drizzle olive oil and put them on the grill.

    Basting Oil:{In olive oil add few sprigs rosemary, fresh oregano, parsley sprigs and squeeze half a lemon, generously bast oil on the barbecued chicken pieces and put them to grill again.

    Barbecue Sandwich:{On white read place cheese slices, thinly sliced tomato, thinly sliced onions, sprinkle salt and pepper.

    ; Close the sandwich and barbeque it on hot grill , remove it in few seconds as soon as it gets toasted.

    For Serving:{On a big serving plate place all the meat, vegetables, sandwich , add butter and black pepper to hot potato and serve some sour cream with another roasted potato and garnish with parsley sprigs.

    ; Braai is ready to be served.
