  • 100 grams of chhole
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chilli
  • Ghee
  • Hing
  • Haldi
  • Tej patta
  • Green cardamom
  • Cloves
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Paneer
  • Jeera powder
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Tea bag
  • Ajwain
  • 50 gram maida

    In a wok put mustard oil, put grated ginger, garlic, chopped green chilli, hing, jeera powder and dhaniya powder in it. After mixing these ingredients put grated potato and mix well. Then put chhole in it and mix them well. Chhole will have there water but if there is no water in it, add hot water in it. Then put chopped onion and tomato in it, also add fried paneer in it and add salt in it. Mix them well, bring to a boil, cover it and close the gas. Then plate them by add chopped dhaniya on it.

    For bhature just add mustard oil, jeera powder, ajwain, hing and chopped dhaniya in it.
