INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm chicken
  • 17 - 18 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 - 2 green chillies
  • 3 - 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, marinate the chicken with finely chopped curry leaves, pepper powder, cumin powder, garlic and ginger paste, yoghurt, salt, red chilli powder and rice flour.

    Fry the marinated chicken and set aside. Refry the chicken to make it crispy.

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, garlic, red chilli powder and mix.

    Add fried chicken to the pan and toss. Chennai Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
