INGREDIENTS

  • Yeast
  • Whole purpose flour
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Mixed herbs
  • Cheese
  • Chili flakes
  • Lukewarm Water
  • Butter

PREPARATION

    -Mix yeast in lukewarm Water with sugar and stir and rest it for 10mins until bubbles accumulate on top. -Mix flour with salt and add yeast water mixture along with chopped garlic and make a dough. -Rest the dough for 1 hour till it doubles in size. -Add chopped garlic,mixed herbs, chilli flakes to butter and mix well. -Grate cheese. -Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. -Roll out the dough in circle shape and apply butter mixture to the dough. -Add cheese in a semicircle portion and close the other half on top. -Apply butter mixture on top as well and put it in the oven over 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. -Take it out of the oven and enjoy cheesy garlic bread with garlic butter or Tomato ketchup.
