Cheese Poppers
With a crispy golden crust and cheesy soft from the inside, cheese poppers serve as a flavorful treat for your taste buds when accompanied with chilli mayonnaise and mustard mayonnaise.

  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 parsley sprigs, chopped
  • 1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
  • 150 gm Cheddar cheese
  • 50 gm cream cheese
  • 70 gm Refined flour, Fresh bread crumbs as required, Crushed black pepper as required, Salt to taste
  • FOR garnish
  • 2red chilies
  • Parsley sprigs
  • basil leaves
  • parsley chopped
  • Chili mayonnaise
  • mustard mayonnaise

    In a bowl, add chopped garlic, chopped parsley, roughly chopped jalapeno chilies, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pepper, and salt.

    Mix well.

    Make small roundels from the mixture and place them in a tray.
  4. 4

    Whisk two eggs in another bowl.
  5. 5

    In another bowl take breadcrumbs as required.
  6. 6

    Dip the roundels in the bowl containing the whisked egg mixture, and then coat them in bread crumbs.

    Repeat the process till the roundels are completely coated.

    Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the poppers (roundels) until golden brown.

    Serve cheese poppers with chili mayonnaise in one wooden bowl and mustard mayonnaise in another.

    Add red chilies and parsley sprigs for chilli mayonnaise and basil leaves on mustard mayonnaise for garnishing.
