Cheese & Herb Muffin

INGREDIENTS

  • 142 ml Buttermilk
  • Butter
  • 125 gms Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 50 gms Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Fresh Mushroom
  • Sour Cream

HOW TO PREPARE CHEESE & HERB MUFFIN

    In a bowl, add 142 ml buttermilk and 42 gms butter, 1 egg and mix well.

    In a bowl, add 125 gms flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 50 gms cheese and mix well.
  3. 3

    Pour the wet and wet ingredients into the bowl and beat the mixture using an electric beater.

    Add the batter to the cupcake molds and bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160’C for 5-10 minutes.

    In a pan, add some olive oil and sauté some garlic, 5-6 chopped mushroom, salt, pepper and mixed herbs.

    Cool the mushrooms and blend them.
  7. 7

    Add some sour cream to the mixture and fill it in a piping bag.
  8. 8

    Pipe the mixture over the cupcakes and garnish with olive slices.
  9. 9

    Herb Cheese Muffins are ready.
