INGREDIENTS

  • 142 ml Buttermilk
  • Butter
  • 125 gms Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 50 gms Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Fresh Mushroom
  • Sour Cream

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add 142 ml buttermilk and 42 gms butter, 1 egg and mix well. In a bowl, add 125 gms flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 50 gms cheese and mix well. Pour the wet and wet ingredients into the bowl and beat the mixture using an electric beater. Add the batter to the cupcake molds and bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160’C for 5-10 minutes. In a pan, add some olive oil and sauté some garlic, 5-6 chopped mushroom, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Cool the mushrooms and blend them. Add some sour cream to the mixture and fill it in a piping bag. Pipe the mixture over the cupcakes and garnish with olive slices. Herb Cheese Muffins are ready.
