INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cheese
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Apple juliennes
  • Pear juliennes
  • White bread
  • Square pieces

HOW TO PREPARE CHEESE FONDUE

    In a non stick pan melt butter.
  2. 2

    Add chopped garlic cloves refined flour, milk, finely chopped cheese, mustard powder, and nutmeg powder.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    The consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  5. 5

    Transfer fondue to a fondue holder.
  6. 6

    Serve with blanched carrot, broccoli, juliennes of apple and pear, and square pieces of white bread.
