INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cheese
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • blanched broccoli
  • blanched carrot
  • Apple juliennes
  • Pear juliennes
  • White bread cut into square pieces

PREPARATION

    In a non stick pan melt butter. Add chopped garlic cloves refined flour, milk, finely chopped cheese, mustard powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix well. The consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin. Transfer fondue to a fondue holder. Serve with blanched carrot, blanched broccoli, juliennes of apple and pear, and square pieces of white bread.
