INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp butter; ½ tsp garlic cloves; 1 tbsp refined flour; 1 cup milk; ½ cup cheese; ½ tsp mustard powder; ½ tsp nutmeg powder; Broccoli; Carrot; Apple juliennes; Pear juliennes; White bread; Square pieces

HOW TO PREPARE CHEESE FONDUE

    In a non stick pan melt butter.

    ; Add chopped garlic cloves refined flour, milk, finely chopped cheese, mustard powder, and nutmeg powder.

    ; Mix well.
  4. 4

    ; The consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  5. 5

    ; Transfer fondue to a fondue holder.
  6. 6

    ; Serve with blanched carrot, broccoli, juliennes of apple and pear, and square pieces of white bread.
