To make the base grind digestive biscuit and melted butter. Mix hung curd, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla pod extract, a few basil leaves, orange zest and fresh orange juice in a blender. Freeze the mixture for few minutes. Pour the base into small glasses or serving bowls, press to form a firm layer. Sprinkle some coffee powder on top of the base and place a basil leaf on it. Top up the base with the chilled mixture of orange basil cream with the help of a piping bag. Dust some cocoa powder on it and garnish with basil leaves.
