INGREDIENTS

  • FOR the dough
  • 1½ cup Refined flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 gm Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • FOR garnish
  • Cheese slices
  • Olive oil
  • icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE CHEDDAR SKILLET BISCUITS

    Prepare a dough with refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and butter in a large mixing bowl.

    Grate cheddar cheese on the dough, add milk and knead it again.
  3. 3

    Flatten the dough and cut it into biscuits.
  4. 4

    Heat some oil in a pan.
  5. 5

    Place the biscuits in it and fry both sides.
  6. 6

    Place cheese slices in a tray and add a dash of olive oil to them.
  7. 7

    Place the biscuits in the tray and add icing sugar for garnish.
