In a bowl, add 1 cup julienned cabbage, 1 cup julienned bell peppers, 1 tbsp chopped black olives, 1 tbsp grated cheese and mix well. Apply butter on 4 slices of white bread and brown bread. On a chopping board, place a brown bread slice, place the stuffing followed by a slice of white bread. Place the stuffing on the white bread slice followed by a brown bread slice. Repeat the process and place a white bread slice on it. Trim the sides of the sandwich and cut into 4 parts. Serve the sandwich in a checkered pattern and garnish it with black olive slices and fancy toothpicks.
