  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup string beans
  • ½ tsp black pepper crushed
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Iceberg lettuce
  • Curly lettuce
  • Alfalfa sprouts

HOW TO PREPARE CHAWLI PEPPER SALAD

    Pour a little vinegar and olive oil in a bowl add some sugar and mix well.

    Add sliced mixed bell peppers and string beans to it.

    Mix with crushed black pepper and salt.

    Place the mixture on a hot pan and cook it for some time.

    Meanwhile, chop iceberg lettuce and curly lettuce for garnish.
