  • 100 gm yam
  • 2 to 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • black salt

HOW TO PREPARE CHATPATA KAND

    Heat oil in a saucepan.

    Cut the boiled yam into cubes.
  3. 3

    Fry them in the oil.
  4. 4

    Add a little red chilli powder and black salt to the fried cubes and toss to coat evenly.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
