INGREDIENTS

  • 4 to 5 chapatis
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp ginger and chopped garlic
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup red
  • yellow
  • and green bell peppers
  • juliennes
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp spring onion greens and chopped coriander
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • juiced
  • For Garnish Coriander sprig

PREPARATION

    Stack the chapatis and roll them together. Slice them thinly to make the noodles. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook for a minute. Add sliced onions, julienned bell peppers, black salt, red chilli powder, butter, julienned tomatoes, and soy sauce. Mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture reduces slightly. Add the chapati noodles and toss well. Cook for a minute and then add chopped spring onion greens and coriander. Serve the chapati noodles in a bowl and garnish with a coriander sprig. Serve hot.
