INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gms Split Bengal Gram
  • Salt as per test
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 cup Curd
  • fresh Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CHANNA KI DAL

    Cook Split Bengal Gram with water.
  2. 2

    Add Salt, Turmeric powder, fennel seeds and cook till done.
  3. 3

    Strain the cooked Dal and keep aside to cool down.
  4. 4

    Crush Mustard seeds in a mortar paste.
  5. 5

    Mix Mustard seeds powder in curd.
  6. 6

    Mix the curd in Chana Dal and mix well.
  7. 7

    Serve Chana Dal with Rice.
