INGREDIENTS

  • Chana dal 2 cups ,sliced onion 1,, green chilli 4,spring onion half bunch,fenu greek leaves 1 bunch, grated carrot half cup,ginger 1inch,jeera 1 spoon, turmeric powder1 spoon,salt 1 spoon,tomato half sliced.

    Soak chana dal 3 hourThen in mixer grinder add soaked chanadal,greenchilli,salt ,ginger, turmeric powder,jeera then grind it coarsly in a mixing biwl add grinded chana dal mixture,grated carrot ,spring onion, fenugreek leaves,Sliced onion ,sliced tomato mix it well take one cake tin apply ghee then trasfer the mixture into tiThen steam for 20 minutes in a presurre cooker .later transfer in to plate cut into pieces .serve hot steamed cakes wuth chutney or sause.
