INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chana dal
  • 5-6 dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • salt
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • water

PREPARATION

    Grind chana dal, dry red chillies, desiccated coconut, tamarind pulp, curry leaves, chopped ginger, water and salt in a mixer grinder. Grind until it forms a thick paste.
