INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup black soaked chickpeas and boiled
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1 to 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Nylon sev
  • chopped Tomato
  • Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CHANA CHAAT

    Take black chickpeas soaked overnight and boiled, in a bowl.

    Add chopped onion tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves and a little lemon juice.
  3. 3

    Add a little tomato sauce, green chutney, salt and chaat masala and mix well.

    Transfer the chana chaat to a serving plate.
  5. 5

    Garnish it with some nylon sev chopped tomato and onion and some coriander leaves.
