INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 4-5 green cardamom
  • 6-7 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 5-6 black peppercorns
  • 250 gm mutton
  • 2-inch ginger
  • 4 - 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • salt

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add mustard oil and let it heat. Add green cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and let splutter.

    Add sliced onions and saute. Add chopped mutton pieces and stir fry it. Add crushed ginger & garlic. Add water, chopped green chillies and mix it well.

    Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste and let it cook. Serve it hot.
