INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gms Chicken
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp Cloves powder
  • 1 crushed Bay leaf
  • ½ tsp Black Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • ½ cup Curd
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 Dry Red chillies
  • 6 to 7 Peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • ½ tsp Asafoetida
  • Water
  • Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CHAA GOSHT

    In Chicken add Red chilli powder, salt, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, crushed bay leaf, black cardamom powder, ginger garlic paste and curd.

    Rub the marinade on the meat and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    In a bowl add curd, gram flour, Red chilli powder and whisk well.
  4. 4

    Warm oil in a pan add dry red chillies, peppercorns, bay leaves, cloves, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and let the spices crackle.

    Add marinated chicken and mix well in the whole spices.

    Remove it in the bowl.

    In the same pan add mix curd gram flour batter in the pan and whisk continuously.

    Add turmeric and let the gravy cook.
  9. 9

    Add chicken in the pan and sauté for 15 minutes.
  10. 10

    Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves and serve hot.
