INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Cauliflower Steaks
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 Zip lock Bag
  • Salt to test
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Peprika powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp black Peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Soften butter.
  • FOR Onion Gravy
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to test
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tsp Dehydrated Leek powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp All Spice powder
  • Sea Salt to test
  • 1 tsp Bay Leaf powder
  • 1 tsp Rosemary powder
  • Turnip Micro greens

HOW TO PREPARE CAULIFLOWER STEAKS WITH ONION GRAVY

    For Cauliflower Steaks: Cauliflower in Steaks.
  2. 2

    In zip lock bag add Salt, Turmeric powder, Peprika powder, Cumin powder, Mustard seeds, black Peppercorns, Olive Oil, chopped Garlic, butter seal the zip and mix the Ingredients.

    open the zip lock bag.
  4. 4

    Add Cauliflower Steaks and close the seal.
  5. 5

    Put the bag in boiling water.
  6. 6

    cook for 10-12 minutes.
  7. 7

    In another zip lock bag, add Olive Oil, Salt to test, chopped Garlic, chopped Onions, Dehydrated Leek powder mix well and cook 28-30 minutes in boiling water.

    : Remove the onion mixture and put it in blender.
  9. 9

    Add olive Oil, Cumin powder, All Spice powder and blend the mixture.
  10. 10

    Remove the Cauliflower Steaks and grill them.
  11. 11

    In a bowl, add olive Oil, Sea Salt to test, Bay Leaf powder, Rosemary powder.
  12. 12

    Serve with dip, Onion Gravy, Sea Salt and turnip Micro green.
