- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Curd (Room Temperature)
- 1/4 Cup oil
- 1 Teaspoon Milk Cream (Room Temperature)
- 1 Elaichi Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3/4 Cup Milk ( Room Temperature)
- 7 to 8 CashewNut Powder
- 1 Mint leave for Garnishing
- 4 to 5 Roasted Cashewnut for Garnish
- Take a container add curd and sugar mix it well in one direction.
- Add oil to the mixture again mix it well.
- Add little little Wheat Flour into the mixture again mix it well .
- Add baking soda ,baking powder and pinch of salt in the mixture again mix it well.
- Add elaichi powder and Cashewnut powder mix it well .
- Add the milk into the mixture to smoothen the batter .
- Add milk cream into the mixture mix it well.
- Grease the microwave safe bowl with oil .
- Add the cake batter into it.
- Tap the bowl slowly so that the batter is set .
- Set the microwave temperature at 350 degree for micro 5 Min.
- Let it cook , once it is done check the cake by putting the knife or toothpick into the cake if it come out clean then the cake is baked properly.
- Cashew Cake ready to serve.
