INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Curd (Room Temperature)
  • 1/4 Cup oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Milk Cream (Room Temperature)
  • 1 Elaichi Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Milk ( Room Temperature)
  • 7 to 8 CashewNut Powder
  • 1 Mint leave for Garnishing
  • 4 to 5 Roasted Cashewnut for Garnish

PREPARATION

    Take a container add curd and sugar mix it well in one direction.

    Add oil to the mixture again mix it well.
  3. 3

    Add little little Wheat Flour into the mixture again mix it well .
  4. 4

    Add baking soda ,baking powder and pinch of salt in the mixture again mix it well.

    Add elaichi powder and Cashewnut powder mix it well .

    Add the milk into the mixture to smoothen the batter .

    Add milk cream into the mixture mix it well.

    Grease the microwave safe bowl with oil .

    Add the cake batter into it.

    Tap the bowl slowly so that the batter is set .

    Set the microwave temperature at 350 degree for micro 5 Min.

    Let it cook , once it is done check the cake by putting the knife or toothpick into the cake if it come out clean then the cake is baked properly.

    Cashew Cake ready to serve.
