INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp ghee; 1 cup Carrot puree; 4 tbsp red millet flour; 2 cup milk; 2 to 3 tbsp condensed milk; salt to taste; For Garnish: Carrot puree; Whipped cream as required; Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CARROT KANJI

    Heat ghee in a pan.

    ; Add carrot puree.

    ; Stir well.

    ; Add red millet flour and mix with puree.

    ; Pour milk while stirring continuously.

    ; Add a pinch of salt and condensed milk.

    ; Mix well.

    ; Transfer kanji to a serving bowl.
  9. 9

    ; Garnish with some more carrot puree whipped cream, and mint leaves.
