INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup Carrot puree
  • 4 tbsp red millet flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Carrot puree
  • Whipped cream as required
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CARROT KANJI

    Heat ghee in a pan.

    Add carrot puree.
  3. 3

    Stir well.
  4. 4

    Add red millet flour and mix with puree.
  5. 5

    Pour milk while stirring continuously.
  6. 6

    Add a pinch of salt and condensed milk.
  7. 7

    Mix well.
  8. 8

    Transfer kanji to a serving bowl.
  9. 9

    Garnish with some more carrot puree whipped cream, and mint leaves.
