INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp carrot grated
  • 1 cup beetroot
  • Salt
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 3 to 4 pistachios

HOW TO PREPARE CARROT BEETROOT BARFI

    Grease a pan with ghee and add grated carrots.

    Saute till fragrant.

    Add grated beetroot and saute well.

    Add ginger, chopped pistachios, and green chillies.
  5. 5

    Saute well.

    Add salt to taste and mix till all the ingredients are combined well.

    Set aside the mixture and add boiled potatoes.

    Combine well.

    Flatten the mixture in a plate, giving it a square shape.
  10. 10

    Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
