  • For caramel–
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • For pudding–
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons custard powder
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup semolina (suji)
  • 2 cup hot water (for steaming)

    For caramel in a pan add ½ cup sugar and 2 tablespoons water and cook until caramelized and pour in a mould.

    Take a bowl and add ½ cup water and 2 tablespoons custard powder and keep aside.

    For pudding in a deep pan add 2 cup milk and ½ cup sugar and cook until boil, now add ½ cup suji and cook for 1 minute in low heat.

    Now pour the custard mixture in it and cook until thicken and pour into same mould.

    Now take curry pan or deep pan and add 2 cup hot water in it and place a stand and place the mould and cover with foil and steam for 30-35 minutes in low medium heat.

    Now keep the mould in room temperature.

    After some time keep the mould in fridge for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours remove the caramel pudding from mould.

    Your delicious Caramel Pudding is ready to serve.
