INGREDIENTS

  • 3 brown bread
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 - 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 egg
  • nuts for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add crumbled bread, milk and mash it using a fork. Leave it for 5 - 7 minutes. Add sugar, cinnamon powder, butter and mix it all well.

    Add vanilla essence, salt as per taste and mix it. Add egg and mix it well. Grease a mug using butter. Fill the mixture in the mug. Cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Add sugar and grill it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.

    Garnish with nuts and serve.
