- Cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, green chili, pander, tomato etc.
- Chop all vegetables and boil then, cool and mix all with spices and made kofta.
- Deep fry kofta .
- Make 2 gravy .
- Cut kofta from middle .
- Dip in both gravy.
- Serve with lotus candle.
