Fry the potatoes to make crispy fries. Transfer the fries to a serving plate. Heat the pan. Add equal quantity of butter and all purpose flour. Blend it stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add chopped garlic into this mixture. Pour adequate quantity of vegetable stock. Whisk it thoroughly. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Pour this gravy on the fries. Garnish with potato fritters and mint sprig.
