  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • Potato fritters
  • Mint sprig


  1. 1

    Fry the potatoes to make crispy fries.
  2. 2

    Transfer the fries to a serving plate.
  3. 3

    Heat the pan.
  4. 4

    Add equal quantity of butter and all purpose flour.
  5. 5

    Blend it stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. 6

    Add chopped garlic into this mixture.
  7. 7

    Pour adequate quantity of vegetable stock.
  8. 8

    Whisk it thoroughly.
  9. 9

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
  10. 10

    Pour this gravy on the fries.
  11. 11

    Garnish with potato fritters and mint sprig.
