  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Cup caster Sugar
  • 1 Chocolate Cake
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 chocolates

    To make the ganache, warm 1 cup fresh cream and add 1 cup dark chocolate.

    Melt the chocolate and stir well.
  3. 3

    To make the sugar syrup, add 1 cup caster sugar to 3 cups water.
  4. 4

    Add a cinnamon stick and boil tillt the sugar melts.
  5. 5

    Let the sugar syrup and ganache cool.
  6. 6

    Slice the cake into two layers, soak the upper layer with sugar syrup and place it at the base of the cake.

    Spread the ganache evenly and place the lower layer of the sliced cake on the top.
  8. 8

    Moist it with sugar syrup and spread the ganache evenly covering the entire cake.
  9. 9

    Dip the palat knife in hot water and smoothen the ganch.
  10. 10

    Refrigerate the cake till the ganache sets.

    Take some ganache, add 2 tbsp milk and melt the mix.
  12. 12

    Pour the mixture over the cake and spread it evenly.

    Fill the piping bag with ganache and decorate the cake.
  14. 14

    Add chocolates to garnish the cake.
