INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Batter
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • cup oil
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • FOR Icing
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • FOR Carrots
  • ½ cup marzipan
  • ½ tsp orange food colour
  • 1 cup dill leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CAKE CARROT BUNNY

    Take refined flour in a bowl.

    Mix it with baking powder baking soda and cinnamon powder.
  3. 3

    In another bowl, take some brown sugar, castor sugar and eggs.

    Whisk the contents well.
  5. 5

    Add a little oil and whisk again.
  6. 6

    Blend the refined flour in the other bowl with this egg mix.
  7. 7

    Add grated coconut to this mixture.
  8. 8

    The batter for the cake is ready.

    Grease the baking dish with oil.

    Pour the batter into this dish and bake it at 170 C in a pre heated oven for 25 30 minutes.

    For the cake icing, take cream cheese in a bowl.

    Mix it with icing sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence.

    Whisk it well to make a better icing.

    Place this in a refrigerator.

    To make carrots, mix marzipan with orange food colour.

    Knead it well until the colour of marzipan becomes orange.

    When the baking process is done, bring the cake out from the oven.

    Using a thread and skewers cut the cake horizontally into two equal parts.

    Spread the icing on one half of the cake.

    Place the other half on top.

    Now cover the entire cake with icing.

    Make carrot shapes using marzipan and orange food colour.
  23. 23

    Insert dill leaves at the top of these carrots to give the exact look of the carrots.

    Top the cake with the carrots and serve it.
