INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Yellow
  • Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cannellini beans
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Garlic Powder
  • 1 - 2 Dry Herbs
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 chopped onion, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1 diced yellow bell pepper, 1 chopped tomato, 1 cup cannellini beans and sauté. In a bowl, mix 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dried onion powder, 1 tsp dried garlic powder, 1 tsp mixed herbs. Cajun spice mix is ready. Add 1 cup cooked rice, 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix, salt and pepper to the vegetables and sauté well. Add some chopped parsley and sauté again. Cajun Spiced bean pilaf is ready.
