  • 2 cups of water
  • bay leaf
  • onion
  • garlic
  • celery
  • 2 chicken breast
  • a pinch of crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3 spoons of mayonnaise
  • a spoon of parmesan cheese powder
  • drizzle of lemon juice
  • drizzle olive oil
  • sprinkle of orange zest
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of crushed black pepper
  • diced red and yellow bell pepper
  • curly and ice berg lettuce leaves
  • some cheese cubes
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • balsamic glaze and black olives for garnish

    In pot of hot water put bay leaf, onion, garlic, celery.

    After boiling add chicken breast, crushed black pepper and salt.

    In a bowl add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese powder, lemon juice olive oil and orange zest. Whisk it well.

    Season it with salt and pepper, Cut red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, curly and ice berg lettuce leaves and chicken breast in dices.

    Place curly lettuce leaf, red bell pepper, chicken piece, iceberg lettuce leaf, yellow bell pepper, cheese cube, curly lettuce leaf and cherry tomato on stick.

    Drizzle the mayonnaise dressing, olive oil, balsamic glaze, black olives all over the salad.

    Caesar salad is ready to serve.

    You can also add bread croutons to the stick or serve with garlic bread on the side.
