INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 - 6 curly lettuce
  • 5 - 6 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tsp caper berries
  • 1 piece grilled chicken
  • 5 - 7 black olives
  • 8 - 10 green olives
  • sea salt
  • For Garnish
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • parmesan cheese
  • baked croutons

PREPARATION

    For the salad dressing, mix mayonnaise, chopped garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, add adequate salad dressing and hand torn curly and iceberg lettuce,caper berries and toss.
  3. 3

    In the serving plate, arrange the salad and top it up with cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives, caper berries. Place the grilled chicken in the serving plate.

    Drizzle some olive oil on the chicken slices. Sprinkle salt on the salad and chicken. Garnish the chicken with parsley, parmesan cheese, bread croutons and serve.
