INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup carrots juliennes
  • 1 cup cabbage juliennes
  • 1 cup red cabbage juliennes
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers juliennes
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • Blanched cabbage leaves as required
  • Spring onion greens as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Salad

HOW TO PREPARE CABBAGE ROLL

    Heat a little oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped garlic ginger, and onions.
  3. 3

    Add chopped vegetable juliennes of carrots, cabbage, red cabbage, and mixed red bell peppers.

    Mix well and cook till veggies are soft.

    Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, and schezwan sauce to this.

    Mix again.

    Mix these with boiled rice.

    Season with salt and black pepper powder.

    Place this mixture on top of the blanched cabbage leaves.

    Fold the sides of the leaves carefully and make a roll.

    Tie the roll with a spring onion green.

    Serve the rolls with salad.

    Garnish with some schezwan sauce and spring onion greens.
