INGREDIENTS

  • 125 gm maida
  • 115 gm sugar
  • 3 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 250 ml of milk
  • For sauce
  • 175 ml of water
  • 100 gm of brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • For garnish
  • mint leaves

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add maida, sugar, baking powder and mix it well.

    In another bowl, add egg, mashed banana, melted butter, vanilla essence and whisk it. Add milk and mix. Add the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix.

    In a saucepan, add water, brown sugar, golden syrup and let it melt. Add the batter in ramekins and pour the sauce over it. Bake it in the preheated oven at 180'C for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
