INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup buttered corn kernels
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
  • water
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt
  • Gems

HOW TO PREPARE BUTTERSCOTCH POPCORN

    Add buttered corn kernels in a pan on a medium flame and cover with a lid until they pop.

    Be careful not to burn the popcorn.
  3. 3

    In another pan, add sugar and let it melt.
  4. 4

    Then add water and butter.
  5. 5

    Mix the butterscotch sauce well.
  6. 6

    Remove popcorn in a bowl and pour the butterscotch sauce.
  7. 7

    Sprinkle chilli flakes and salt.
  8. 8

    Mix well.
  9. 9

    Serve butterscotch popcorn in a tub and garnish with gems.
