INGREDIENTS

  • For Butterscotch Cake
  • 3 cup refined flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp butterscotch essence
  • 2 cup of water
  • For Butterscotch chips ganache and mousse
  • 200 gm of fresh cream
  • 500 gm dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
  • For garnish
  • choco sticks
  • cherries
  • mint leaves

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix it. In another bowl, add vegetable oil, white vinegar, butterscotch essence, water and mix it.

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix it nicely. Add butterscotch chips and mix it again. Pour the batter in the cake mould and bake it in the preheated oven at 200'C for 10 minutes.

    Once the cake is baked, cut it into half and layer with chocolate ganache and mousse. Garnish with cherries, choco sticks, mint leaves and serve.
