INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup curd, 2 cups water, 2 spoons oil, 1/2 spoon mustard, 1/2 spoon jeera, 1/2 spoon urad dhal, 1/2 spoon Channa dhal, 5 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli , 2 red chilli, few curry leaves, 1 onion, 2 pinch turmeric, 1/2 spoon asafetida, salt to taste

    In a bowl take one cup curd and whisk it for two minutes and add two cups of water and whisk once again for a minute. Keep a side .

    In a pan, heat oil, mustard, jeera, Channa dhal, urad dhal, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, onion, red chilli, turmeric, asafetida, fry till onion becomes smooth. And allow it to cool down .

    When the mixture becomes cool down mix it with Buttermilk and add salt to taste.
